Thank you for all the support in your Mum & Baby classes, you are so passionate about empowering women and you have helped me more than you know through both lockdowns. I will miss our Wednesday mornings so much but look forward to starting ladies classes when the studio re-opens.

YogabelliesKidz sessions are written in line with the UK National Curriculum for Excellence with each age group following a specific structure so that children of all ages can enjoy yoga and movement.

Tara currently travels around different schools and nurseries offering these sessions. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in bring theses sessions to your school setting.

Run as single sessions these events give you the opportunity to checkout our award winning YogaBellies Mum & Baby classes before signing up to a block.

HypnoBirthing & Birth Prep

This is a group bespoke HypnoBirthing and childbirth preparation programme for You and your Birth Partner. It is positive, honest, realistic, and most importantly, unique to you. The programme encompasses HypnoBirthing techniques, antenatal education; aromatherapy for birth, natural comfort strategies and preparing for postnatal. Classes are run in small group sessions so that you get lots of support on your journey with lunch provided and catered by Two Sisters Artisan Deli.
