In Toddler Yoga the postures are all named after animals and nature which helps introduce young children to the wider world in a fun and playful way. We go on journeys to the jungle, farm, space and much, much more. At the end of our sessions we lie down and relax together and read our story relating to our adventure.
These sessions are an excellent way of developing a child’s motor skills, focus, breathing and relaxation. Yoga also enhances their cognitive ability through postures, games, stories and rhymes. In Toddler sessions, we encourage freedom of movement and our motto is “the room is your yoga mat!” The sessions are designed around the minds and bodies of mobile babies.

Nurturing Pregnancy Yoga classes supporting you from 12 weeks pregnant until the birth of your baby, with breathing techniques and postures to increase your comfort and strength, in your ever changing pregnant body.

For our youngest babies 0-6months (approx) to explore touch as their 1st point of communication from the comfort of our warm cosy studio whilst meeting other like minded mums and babies first friends.
Our YogaBelliesKidz sessions are aimed at Children aged as little as 18months-11years (approx) They are specifically structured for each age group allowing children to have fun through yoga and movement.
