Early motherhood can feel like a whirlwind—beautiful and full of love, but often isolating and overwhelming. In a world that celebrates the hustle and bouncing back, it’s easy to forget: we were never meant to do this alone.
That’s why I’ve created this Mum & Baby Yoga class—not just for movement, but for connection, rest, and community.
Here’s what to expect:
Approx 40 minutes of Mum and Baby Yoga—no pressure, just soothing nursery rhymes, nourishing movement and time to explore sensory items for you and your little one.
Time to connect afterwards with a warm cuppa and some delicious cake and biscuits.
This is more than just a yoga class—it’s a nurturing space to land during those early hazy days. A place to be held, seen, and supported by other new mums who get it.
All materials are provided—mats, bolsters, cushions, and anything else you might need. Just bring yourself, your baby, and an open heart. You will also receive one of our lovely branded tote bags upon booking because you deserve a little treat too!

Pregnancy Yoga offers a space to breathe, move and connect. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant and are designed to support you with gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques for whatever birth you hope to have.
Mum & Baby Yoga is a class that is as much about the mum as it is the babies. It's a space to breathe, move and be held just as you are. Classes are suitable from 6 weeks postnatal with movements to regain strength and ease tension for mums and movement to support development for babies. No two classes are the same and are suitable until baby is mobile.
Our Women's Yoga offer you a space to reconnect and restore. They are designed to support you just as you are with Breathing, Movement, Relaxation and Aromatherapy and are suitable regardless of your experience with yoga.
Born Through Yoga is a yoga inspired Movement for Birth & HypnoBirthing Programme that offers practical, hands on support from a Doula & Former Midwife as you prepare to give birth. We know that birth is not just a physical experience—it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal and this programme aims to help you and your birth partner feel more confident, calm, and connected as you prepare to meet your baby.

Tara offers Storybook sessions within Nursery and pre school settings for young children to have fun through movement and imagination.
