Are you celebrating a new arrival? We would love to welcome you to our fun and friendly Mum & Baby yoga classes in Belfast suitable from 6 weeks to crawling. Its much more than just a yoga class. In each Mum & Baby Yoga class we will have fun with nursery rhymes, sensory items, music, baby massage and baby stretches taking small bodies through a full range of movement. For mummies we will start to move post birth, connect with our breath and rebuild strength.

When can you start Mum & Baby Yoga?

You know your body far better than any yoga teacher, so be guided by how you feel, typically class is suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8-10 weeks after a caesarean birth.

What to expect in Our Classes?

Yoga, fun, friendship with the added bonus of tea and cake at the end of every class. No 2 classes the same!
