Pregnancy is a time of huge transformation—physically and emotionally. It’s beautiful and exciting, yes, but it can also feel overwhelming and uncertain.
In a world that often pushes us to “keep going” no matter what, this class offers something different: a nurturing space to slow down, tune in, and be supported—just as you are.
What to expect in class:
Gentle, grounding movement and breathwork to help ease aches, calm the mind, and connect with your ever changing body and growing baby.
A strong focus on nervous system support, deep rest, and preparation for birth—physically and emotionally.
Space for real talk and connection with other expecting mums. We’ll start each class with time to chat, share, and be reminded that we’re not in this alone.
This isn’t just a yoga class—it’s birth preparation, movement for birth and a space to become part of a community that gets it.
All props are provided—mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets and upon booking you will get one of our lovely branded tote bags—because growing a human deserves celebration!

Pregnancy Yoga offers a space to breathe, move and connect. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant and are designed to support you with gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques for whatever birth you hope to have.
Mum & Baby Yoga is a class that is as much about the mum as it is the babies. It's a space to breathe, move and be held just as you are. Classes are suitable from 6 weeks postnatal with movements to regain strength and ease tension for mums and movement to support development for babies. No two classes are the same and are suitable until baby is mobile.
Our Women's Yoga offer you a space to reconnect and restore. They are designed to support you just as you are with Breathing, Movement, Relaxation and Aromatherapy and are suitable regardless of your experience with yoga.
Born Through Yoga is a yoga inspired Movement for Birth & HypnoBirthing Programme that offers practical, hands on support from a Doula & Former Midwife as you prepare to give birth. We know that birth is not just a physical experience—it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal and this programme aims to help you and your birth partner feel more confident, calm, and connected as you prepare to meet your baby.
