Life is full-on, and as women, we often find ourselves juggling a lot. This class is a chance to take a break from the busyness and give back to yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This is a supportive space for all women—no matter your age, background, or experience with yoga.

Yoga & Somatics designed especially for women to help release tension, improve mobility, and support your nervous system.
Time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace in a calm and welcoming environment.
A relaxed space to connect with other like minded women .
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—just come as you are. This class is about feeling good in your body, finding a bit of peace in your week, and being part of a supportive community.
Everything you need is provided—yoga mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets and a lovely branded tote bag is also included to treat yourself!

Pregnancy Yoga offers a space to breathe, move and connect. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant and are designed to support you with gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques for whatever birth you hope to have.
Mum & Baby Yoga is a class that is as much about the mum as it is the babies. It's a space to breathe, move and be held just as you are. Classes are suitable from 6 weeks postnatal with movements to regain strength and ease tension for mums and movement to support development for babies. No two classes are the same and are suitable until baby is mobile.
Our Women's Yoga offer you a space to reconnect and restore. They are designed to support you just as you are with Breathing, Movement, Relaxation and Aromatherapy and are suitable regardless of your experience with yoga.
Born Through Yoga is a yoga inspired Movement for Birth & HypnoBirthing Programme that offers practical, hands on support from a Doula & Former Midwife as you prepare to give birth. We know that birth is not just a physical experience—it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal and this programme aims to help you and your birth partner feel more confident, calm, and connected as you prepare to meet your baby.
