YogaBellies for Pregnancy

Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for whatever birth you hope to have. As a Doula and HypnoBirthing Educator I am really passionate about Empowering you for a Positive Birth Experience. No 2 weeks are the same and with a maximum of 10 ladies in each class it is a lovely way to meet other like minded women.

Each week we will learn breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth and our deep relaxation scripts are very popular. The yoga postures are all suitable for pregnancy and focus on building strength and stamina. We also diffuse aromatherapy oils throughout the class to help with relaxation allowing you to bond with baby and prepare for a peaceful sleep.

Please don’t worry if you have never done yoga before, most of the ladies are trying it for the first time!

Upon joining you will receive a free YogaBellies Tote Bag filled with some goodies as well as some downloads to help you get ready for Birth.
