HypnoBirthing® The Mongan Method

I love that I can bring the gift of HypnoBirthing to so many couples and offer a little bit of calm to their pregnancy, birth and lives.

This is an 10hr comprehensive Birth Education Programme for both Mother and Birth Partner(s) that will properly prepare you both for Birth physically, mentally and emotionally.

HypnoBirthing's® Instinctive Birth Programme is suitable from 16 weeks pregnant and aims to enable a woman to summon her natural birthing instincts to birth her baby safely, more comfortably and with ease.

The programme teaches simple, but specific self-hypnosis, breathing techniques, relaxation, visulisation and much more for a better Birth. Upon booking you will receive a copy of The HypnoBirthing Book and Rainbow Relaxation Download as well as a copy of all course material.

I run group sessions on Thursdays 6.30pm-8.30pm  in the studio & 1:1 sessions in the studio or also from the comfort of your own home
