After recovering from a serious pelvic injury that left me wheel chair bound. I started to explore other forms of movement that encouraged me to slow down and retrain my muscles to help relieve pain. I quickly fell in love with somatics and started to introduce elements into my teaching. In 2018 I trained with Lisa Peterson and became a Somatic Exercise Coach.
