Our Toddler Yoga sessions are 1hr and are aimed at toddlers and children aged 18 months to 4 years and allow caregivers and young children to have fun through yoga and movement.


The postures are all named after animals and nature which helps introduce toddlers to the wider world in a fun and playful way. We go on journeys to the jungle, farm , space and much, much more. Then at the end we lie down and relax and read our story relating to our adventure. 


These sessions are an excellent way of developing a toddler’s motor skills, focus, breathing and relaxation. Yoga also enhances their cognitive ability through postures, games, stories and rhymes. In Toddler sessions, we encourage freedom of movement and our motto is “the room is your yoga mat!” The sessions are designed around the minds and bodies of mobile babies.

Our YogabelliesKidz sessions are 1hr and are aimed school children. 


YogabelliesKidz sessions are written in line with the UK National Curriculum for Excellence and can see children journey through space, dive deep in the depths of the ocean, meet the Romans, meet exotic jungle animals and much, much more! 


These sessions are active and interactive with a typical session involving movement, music, mindfulness and relaxation, instilling an early interest in personal health and wellbeing and teaching children to proactively deal with stressful situations in a positive way.

Our YogabelliesKidz sessions are 1hr and are aimed at school children, aged 8 to 12 years old. 


YogabelliesKidz sessions for this age group help to instil an early interest in personal health and wellbeing, teaching children to proactively deal with stressful situations in a positive way. 


Topics important to such a vulnerable age group will be covered such as having confidence, making sensible choices and friendships and we even explore the systems of the body.
