  • I attended pregnancy yoga with Tara from 13 weeks pregnant and would definitely recommend to anyone who is pregnant. The classes were not only relaxing and a good way to get some gentle movement in during pregnancy, but Tara's knowledge and experience as a doula meant that the classes were also really informative and Tara was able to share this knowledge and answer questions we might have. Brilliant classes which really helped prepare me for labour and birth - highly recommend.

  • Not at all. These classes are designed to be gentle, accessible and supportive—whether you’re brand new to yoga or have some experience. Tara will guide you through each session with clear, calming instruction.

  • Once you purchase your chosen on-demand course, you’ll have unlimited access. You can return to the videos anytime, on any device—whether you’re at home, travelling or just need a quiet moment to reconnect.

  • All you really need is a comfortable space, a yoga mat if you have one, and a cushion or blanket nearby. Optional extras like a yoga block or strap can be helpful but aren’t essential.
