Our studio offers everything you need to start, grow, or deepen your yoga practice, alongside reflexology, massage, and maternal wellbeing services.
We currently offer a range of group classes for all Women including Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga and Yoga for Women. You can also access on-demand classes tailored to Fertility, Pregnancy, and Menopause Yoga, so you can practice in your own space at your own time.
With generous on-street parking, three welcoming spaces (a studio, massage room, and therapy room), plus a kitchen and WC, we’re delighted to invite you into our cosy, nurturing, and homely studio.

Birth Preparation
Prepare for birth with Tara and Nicole who have over 30 years of combined expertise in pregnancy, birth, and newborn care across Northern Ireland. Tara as a Doula and Nicole as a former Midwife.
Our Born Through Yoga Online Programme blends evidence‑based birth preparation with the grounding practices of yoga. You’ll learn effective breathing techniques, movement for labour, hypnobirthing tools, and what to expect throughout pregnancy and birth within the Northern Ireland maternity system. We also guide you through the early days of parenting, helping you feel informed, confident, and supported from bump to baby.
Reflex Integration
Tara is a Neuro-Developmental Therapist trained in Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT), a program using movement, gentle pressure, and self-awareness to support children and adults with learning, sensory, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
RMT is a reflex integration programme that offers the brain a second chance to rewire and promotes positive change through gentle movements that children naturally make.
Somatic Movement
Somatic Movement sessions are a gentle, body-based approach to release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body. Ideal for stress, injury recovery, movement challenges, or simply moving with more ease and awareness. Somatic Movement is incorporated in Tara’s Ladies yoga classes or she also offers 1:1 sessions in Somatics.
