The Little Yoga House is a home for every women’s journey and we have a wide range of weekly group classes whether you are new to yoga or have stepped on the mat many times.
Studio classes run with Tara and her guest teachers.
Pregnancy Yoga offers a space to breathe, move and connect. Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant and are designed to support you with gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques for whatever birth you hope to have.
Mum & Baby Yoga is a class that is as much about the mum as it is the babies. It's a space to breathe, move and be held just as you are. Classes are suitable from 6 weeks postnatal with movements to regain strength and ease tension for mums and movement to support development for babies. No two classes are the same and are suitable until baby is mobile.
Our Women's Yoga offer you a space to reconnect and restore. They are designed to support you just as you are with Breathing, Movement, Relaxation and Aromatherapy and are suitable regardless of your experience with yoga.
Born Through Yoga is a yoga inspired Movement for Birth & HypnoBirthing Programme that offers practical, hands on support from a Doula & Former Midwife as you prepare to give birth. We know that birth is not just a physical experience—it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal and this programme aims to help you and your birth partner feel more confident, calm, and connected as you prepare to meet your baby.

Tara offers Storybook sessions within Nursery and pre school settings for young children to have fun through movement and imagination.

Our Baby Massage classes with Vikki are for our youngest babies 0-6months (approx) followed by a warm cuppa and chats.
Tara offers 1:1 Somatic Movement sessions—a gentle, body-based approach to help release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body. These sessions are perfect for anyone dealing with stress, injury recovery, or movement challenges, or simply looking to move with more ease and awareness.

Tara is a Neuro-Developmental Therapist trained in Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT), which is a movement based, primitive reflex integration programme that uses developmental movements, gentle isometric pressure and self-awareness to rebuild the foundations necessary to help overcome learning, sensory, emotional and behavioral challenges for children and adults.
We have a 2 Wellness Rooms at The Little Yoga House. The Cosy & The Snug where we offer a wide range of Massage, Reflexology & Holistic Therapies .
