Tracy of The Motherhood Collective NI completed her full training with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIMS) to become an Infant Massage Instructor in 2023 because she had seen the benefits of massage in her children every day. She has been massaging them since they were new born and still utilises the skills learned today.

Maternal Journaling Circle Belfast is a time to reflect and explore experiences of pregnancy, birth and m/otherhood through creativity. This will be a fun and supportive way to record the mundane and the magic, while making a positive difference to mental health and well-being. You can share experiences, build friendships, have valuable time to connect with your baby, support each other and take time to actually explore how you are really feeling through creativity. FREE circle running Fridays every other month.
In person Group Program with Tara & Nicole who have over 28 years combined experience of working with couples preparing them for Birth with informative and balanced birth preparation. This is a Comprehensive face to face Hypnobirthing and Movement for Birth Program for both Mother and Birth Partner that will prepare you for Birth physically, mentally and emotionally.
Monthly online session via zoom for pregnant couples on the first Sunday of every month to help you prepare for birth with breathing and hypnobirthing techniques and movements that will help you through birth.

Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT) is a movement based, primitive reflex integration program that uses developmental movements, gentle isometric pressure and self-awareness to rebuild the foundations necessary to help overcome learning, sensory, emotional and behavioural challenges for children and adults.
