Feminine Flow  – Rejuvenating Yoga

These graceful slow hatha flow classes are suitable for women of all levels of practice. Offering calming, slower paced poses.  Feminine flow is a unique combination of Yoga for Women, Somatics to release tension  and Aromatherapy blends to help relax & rejuvenate.

Feminine Strength – Strengthening Yoga

Dynamic, strengthening yoga classes combining Yoga HIIT and core strengthening sequences. We incorporate weights in class but you can also chose to stick with body weight, Suitable for all levels of practice to strengthen the body, mind and spirit.

Maternal Journaling Circle Belfast is a time to reflect and explore experiences of pregnancy, birth and m/otherhood through creativity. This will be a fun and supportive way to record the mundane and the magic, while making a positive difference to mental health and well-being. You can share experiences, build friendships, have valuable time to connect with your baby, support each other and take time to actually explore how you are really feeling through creativity.
