Appointments last approx 60mins. On arrival you will be treated to a refreshing foot spa to help you unwind while filling in your consultation form. To compliment your treatment and help you relax, you will have the option of a self heating eye mask . All treatments include the use of Zephorium products to take your treatment to a new level of luxury by using the finest aromatherapy oils, crystal healing, colour therapy and positive affirmations.

Up to 37 weeks – A deeply relaxing treatment helping to reduce stress and anxiety – giving you the opportunity to relax and connect with baby.
From 37 weeks – A more stimulating treatment using advanced techniques to prepare your body and mind for birth.
40 weeks plus – A treatment that uses deeper pressure with Chinese Reflexology techniques. Supports the body to be in the best possible state for labour.
