In StoryBook Yoga the postures are all named after animals and nature which helps introduce young children to the wider world in a fun and playful way. We go on journeys to the jungle, farm, space and much, much more. At the end of our sessions we lie down and relax together and read our story relating to our adventure.
These sessions are an excellent way of developing a child’s motor skills, focus, breathing and relaxation. Yoga also enhances their cognitive ability through postures, games, stories and rhymes. In Toddler sessions, we encourage freedom of movement and our motto is “the room is your yoga mat!” The sessions are designed around the minds and bodies of mobile babies.

Nurturing Pregnancy Yoga classes supporting you from 12 weeks pregnant until the birth of your baby, with breathing techniques and postures to increase your comfort and strength, in your ever changing pregnant body.

Our Baby Massage & Cake Club are for our youngest babies 0-6months (approx) to enjoy exploring Baby Massage, Baby Reflexology & Baby Yoga, followed by a warm cuppa and delicious choice of cake catered by Tom's just below the studio. Run as single sessions these events give you the opportunity to checkout our award winning YogaBellies Mum & Baby classes before signing up to a block.

Sessions will combine yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation to support you through this transitional period in your life and help manage the physical and emotional symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.

Maternal Journaling Circle Belfast is a time to reflect and explore experiences of pregnancy, birth and m/otherhood through creativity. This will be a fun and supportive way to record the mundane and the magic, while making a positive difference to mental health and well-being. You can share experiences, build friendships, have valuable time to connect with your baby, support each other and take time to actually explore how you are really feeling through creativity. FREE circle running Fridays every other month.
In person Group Program with Tara & Nicole who have over 28 years combined experience of working with couples preparing them for Birth with informative and balanced birth preparation. This is a Comprehensive face to face Hypnobirthing and Movement for Birth Program for both Mother and Birth Partner that will prepare you for Birth physically, mentally and emotionally.
