Mama To Be – Luxury Yoga & Wellness Retreat
Join us for a fun, friendly and fully inclusive 3 day pregnancy retreat with daily yoga, hypnobirthing, birth prep and much much more.
Myself & Nicole are both women’s yoga teachers. I am a Doula and Nicole a midwife and together we will be on hand the whole weekend to make the retreat informative, relaxing and memorable.
With our wealth of knowledge and experience, we will explore ways for you to prepare for birth, address your fears, look at personal coping strategies, and get excited about the journey to parenthood.
We want to share with you our experience, passion and love for all things yoga and how it can support you through Pregnancy and Birth.
