Classes can be started from 6 weeks pregnant so that you can start to focus on all the positive aspects of pregnancy and birth.
Each week we cover breathing techniques and postures to increase your comfort and strength. The yoga postures are all suitable for pregnancy and focus on building strength, stamina and stability in your ever changing pregnant body.
Topic discussions are also included which builds up lots of knowledge throughout your pregnancy for birth and beyond.

Join us online for YogaBellies Mum & Baby our fun, lively and light hearted class suitable from 6 weeks to crawling.
In each class we will have fun with nursery rhymes, songs and baby stretches to take small bodies through a full range of movement. For mummies we will start to rebuild strength, stamina and fitness, focusing on the BAP's (Back, abdominal muscles & Pelvic Floor's).

For our youngest babies 0-6 months (approx) to explore touch as their first point of communication from the comfort of our warm cosy studio whilst meeting other like minded mums and babies first friends.
I will be keeping the classes small with a maximum of 6 so you will get lots of one-to-one attention. Classes run in 4 week blocks.
Loving touch is a powerful way to communicate with your baby. Massage and Reflexology will enhance your bonding experience , create relaxation and can help improve colic, teething and digestive issues. Each week we will learn new strokes and routines.
