I can't thank you enough for how well prepared was with hypnobirthing and the tools to help me cope. Obviously nothing was as planned but I was able to make decisions that I am happy about so ultimately although it wasn't how I'd have liked, I'm happy with my labour. Also the midwives were super impressed with Dad, he really worked hard on the hypnobirthing and keeping me on track. Can't fault the care we received either - really supportive and informative midwives. Just want to make sure you know how grateful we are to you, it really made the experience for us X

These 60min monthly sessions will:
*Build your knowledge about pregnancy birth and early parenthood with topic discussions.
*Help prepare the mind for birth with breathing techniques.
*Connect you with other pregnant couples and find community.
*Develop an understanding of how to move through birth by taking part in a specific movement session lead by Tara & Nicole.
*Help you relax with a guided hypnobirthing relaxation.
When: 7.30pm-8.30pm last Thursday of each month

Cost: FREE for those attending Born Through Yoga Program or £9.99 to attend otherwise

Maternal Journaling Circle Belfast is a time to reflect and explore experiences of pregnancy, birth and m/otherhood through creativity. This will be a fun and supportive way to record the mundane and the magic, while making a positive difference to mental health and well-being. You can share experiences, build friendships, have valuable time to connect with your baby, support each other and take time to actually explore how you are really feeling through creativity. FREE circle running Fridays every other month.
In person Group Program with Tara & Nicole who have over 28 years combined experience of working with couples preparing them for Birth with informative and balanced birth preparation. This is a Comprehensive face to face Hypnobirthing and Movement for Birth Program for both Mother and Birth Partner that will prepare you for Birth physically, mentally and emotionally.

Monthly online session via zoom for pregnant couples on the first Sunday of every month to help you prepare for birth with breathing and hypnobirthing techniques and movements that will help you through birth.
