Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for whatever birth you hope to have. As a Doula and HypnoBirthing Educator I am really passionate about preparing you for a positive birth experience, whatever birth you hope to have. No 2 weeks are the same and with a maximum of 10 ladies in each class it is a lovely way to meet other like minded women.
Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant and each week is packed with information to prepare you for Birth. You will also learn breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth and our deep relaxation scripts are very popular. The yoga postures are all suitable for pregnancy and focus on building strength and stamina. We also diffuse aromatherapy oils throughout the class to help with relaxation allowing you to bond with baby and prepare for a peaceful sleep.
Please don’t worry if you have never done yoga before, most of the ladies are trying it for the first time!

Our Baby Massage & Cake Club are for our youngest babies 0-6months (approx) to enjoy exploring Baby Massage, Baby Reflexology & Baby Yoga, followed by a warm cuppa and delicious choice of cake catered by Tom's just below the studio. Run as single sessions these events give you the opportunity to checkout our award winning YogaBellies Mum & Baby classes before signing up to a block.

Maternal Journaling Circle Belfast is a time to reflect and explore experiences of pregnancy, birth and m/otherhood through creativity. This will be a fun and supportive way to record the mundane and the magic, while making a positive difference to mental health and well-being. You can share experiences, build friendships, have valuable time to connect with your baby, support each other and take time to actually explore how you are really feeling through creativity. FREE circle running Fridays every other month.
