YogabelliesKidz sessions are written in line with the UK National Curriculum for Excellence with each age group following a specific structure so that children of all ages can enjoy yoga and movement.
Tara currently travels around different schools and nurseries offering these sessions. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in bring theses sessions to your school setting.
Our Yoga sessions are 1hr and are aimed at school children, aged 8 to 12 years old.
Our Storybook sessions are aimed at Toddlers & Children aged 18months-4years (approx) allowing caregivers and young children to have fun through yoga and movement.
