Tara is also available for YogaBelliesKidz sessions from Pre-school -P7 in schools and nurseries.

Birth ROCKS© HypnoBirthing

Birth ROCKS© is YogaBellies very own bespoke HypnoBirthing and childbirth preparation method for You and your Birth Partner. It is positive, honest, realistic, and most importantly, unique to you. The programme encompasses HypnoBirthing techniques, antenatal education; natural comfort strategies and and is run in small group sessions. session are suitable from approx 16week plus. 1:1 sessions can also be facilitated in x2 2 hr sessions.

Rhythmic Movement Training

Rhythmic Movement Training is a movement based, primitive (infant or neo-natal) reflex integration program that uses developmental movements, gentle isometric pressure and self-awareness to rebuild the foundations necessary to help overcome learning, sensory, emotional and behavioural challenges for children and adults.

The movements in Rhythmic Movement Training International are based on replicating the movements that infants naturally make. In RMTi sessions we work at using these movements to integrate the reflexes so that learning, communication, behaviour, emotional and general well-being can be given the opportunity to be accessed and developed.

After recovering from a serious pelvic injury that left me wheel chair bound. I started to explore other forms of movement that encouraged me to slow down and retrain my muscles to help relieve pain. I quickly fell in love with somatics and started to introduce elements into my teaching.

In 2018 I trained with Lisa Peterson and became a Somatic Exercise Coach.

Somatic Education uses gentle, full-body movement patterns to recover from chronic pain and have ease of movement throughout your life. Somatics is sensory-motor training that works for all kinds of stress, injury, and movement problems. It works for kids, it works for aging bodies, it works for everyone…

When you move in this enjoyable, relaxing way, you can achieve amazing results and as one of my teachers Donna Farhi says ‘slow is the new strong’ and ‘no pain is your gain’.
